Abstract
This study is dedicated in memory of Fredrich Weinert, my father. I enjoyed my time learning. A sincere thanks to my interviewers and staff members at my research setting for participation and assistance.
The undetectable planes fly from the contribution of partners and scientists. The Arab from oil and gas was very sorry for hearing of Fredrick Weinert’s passing. Frederick Weinert, dedicated worked in science while working with the US Surgeon General and the Russian Ambassador.
