Abstract

At present Multinational Corporations are having a strong hold over the Indian economy. We are trying to prove through our empirical study that how harmful effect of the operation of MNCs on Indian Economy. Almost, most of the important Indian macro economic factors are dependable on FDI and controlled through MNCs, which is not good for our Indian economic activities. MNCs have enhanced their interferences in industrial activities. It has caused outflow of large sum of money in the form of dividends, profits, royalties, interest, technical fees etc. It is nothing but transfer of resources in the form of money.
